(1567) Alikoski is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 22 April 1941 by the Finnish astronomer Yrjö Väisälä at Turku was discovered.

The asteroid is named after the Finnish astronomer and assistant to the Turku Observatory Heikki A. Alikoski .

Alikoski moves from 2.9390 ( perihelion ) to 3.4834 ( aphelion ) astronomical units around the Sun in 5.75 years . The orbit is inclined 17.285 ° to the ecliptic , the eccentricity is 0.0848.
