(2567) Elba is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 19 May 1979 by the Chilean astronomer Guido and Oscar Pizarro at La Silla Observatory in Chile was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the mother of the two discoverers, Elba Aguilera de Pizarro (1926–1965).
