(38674) Těšínsko is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on August 9, 2000 by the Czech astronomer Lenka Šarounová at the Ondřejov observatory ( IAU code 557) on Mount Manda in Ondřejov in the Czech Republic.
The asteroid was named on March 18, 2003 after the Czech name of the Teschener Silesia , which the Olsa flows through and which was divided between Poland and Czechoslovakia after the fall of Austria-Hungary in 1920 .
