(5004) Bruch is an asteroid of the main belt , which was discovered on September 8, 1988 by Freimut Börngen at the observatory of the Thuringian State Observatory Tautenburg ( IAU code 033).
The asteroid is named after the German composer and conductor Max Bruch (1838–1920).
