(5606) Muramatsu is an asteroid of the Main Belt . It was discovered on March 1, 1993 by the Japanese astronomer Satoru Ōtomo at the observatory in Kiyosato , Japan .

The asteroid was on 28 July 1999 after the Japanese astronomers Osamu Muramatsu (* 1949) named the most Planetarium of Sibuya operates.
