(6522) Aci is an asteroid of the main belt , the American US from July 9, 1991 astronomer Eleanor Helin at Palomar Observatory ( IAU code was discovered 675).
The asteroid was named after the ancient Akis river , located southeast of the Etna volcano , whose position cannot be precisely determined today due to various volcanic eruptions.
