On (Rock) Superstar Cypress Hill rap about the downside of life as a famous musician. B-Real speaks to the listener who only sees the wealth and success, but not the effort that lies behind all of this. He feels a lot of pressure from the label, the press and the fans and is always in the spotlight. At the beginning and in between, statements by the musicians Chino Moreno and Everlast are recorded, who report that many people want a piece of fame and one must always expect that the success is over and others will take their place. Also Sen Dog raps of the transience of success and that it is only as long as going well, you as long as many records sell.

“So you wanna be a rock superstar?
And live large, a big house, five cars, you're in charge
Comin 'up in the world don't trust nobody
Gotta look over your shoulder constantly ”
