Live at the Fillmore ( English for Live at the Fillmore ) is a live album of the American rap group Cypress Hill . It was released on December 4, 2000 on the labels Ruffhouse and Columbia Records and was recorded on August 16, 2000 at a concert by the band at The Fillmore music theater in San Francisco .

The songs on the live album come from the group's previously released studio albums. Seven songs from the album Black Sunday , five tracks from the debut album Cypress Hill , three pieces from Album IV and two tracks from the album Skull & Bones are represented. Only from album III: Temples of Boom no songs were taken. There is also a remix of the song Checkmate as a hidden track at the end of the album.

The entire album was produced , arranged and mixed by Cypress Hills producer DJ Muggs for the Soul Assassins .

The album cover shows a photo of the group performing. In the foreground you can see the cheering audience with outstretched arms and in the background the stage set. In the upper part of the cover are the white lettering Cypress Hill and Live at the Fillmore on a black background.

From laut.de the album three got out of a possible five points. The reviewer Eberhard Dobler writes that “the quality of the live recording is impressive” and the rap by B-Real and Sen Dog sounds “as if they had never left the studio.” However, “the intense power of a Cypress Just to guess at gigs on record ”and“ about the gain of such a release ”could be argued.
