18:15 ab Ostkreuz is a German feature film by Jörn Hartmann from 2006. The film is a trash comedy in which the Miss Marple films from the 1960s are parodied.

action

The old young ex-primary school teacher Karin Hoene observed a hideous ax murder on a woman in the S-Bahn at Ostkreuz. She and her friend Rosa Brathuhn, who is suffering from flatulence, follows the body parts of the dead lying around into a hairdressing salon. A cosmetic surgeon dies there after putting on a poisoned Marlene Dietrich wig. A star hairdresser is strangled.

Reviews

film-dienst wrote in the edition of March 30, 2006: “Other target groups at other times of the year might find it a little more difficult to be unconditionally happy. Nevertheless, 6.15 PM AB OSTKREUZ has qualities beyond the camp factor (costumes, wigs and make-up are truly exceptional). First of all, the black and white camera by Torsten Falk should be mentioned, which, despite the no budget, conjures up a Marplean thriller flair in the unmistakably unspeakable farce. "
