The 2018/19 season of the 2nd indoor hockey Bundesliga began on November 30, 2018 and ended on February 10, 2019. The four group winners of the 2nd Bundesliga were promoted to the 1st Bundesliga : the Großflottbeker THGC (North), the HC Ludwigsburg (South), the Mariendorfer HC (East) and the Gladbacher HTC (West).
