The 2019/20 season of the 2nd indoor hockey Bundesliga began on November 30, 2019 and ended on January 26, 2020. The four group winners of the 2nd Bundesliga were promoted to the 1st Bundesliga : DHC Hannover (North), Cöthener HC 02 (East), TG Frankenthal (South) and Schwarz-Weiß Neuss (West).
