ARS Produktion is a German classic label .

history

The company was founded in 1988 by Annette Schumacher. It is based in Ratingen . Annette Schumacher is a concert flutist trained by Paul Meisen . After many years of active musicianship, she was able to fulfill a great wish by founding the classical label.

Repertoire and awards

The aim of the classic label is to provide young, up-and-coming artists and interesting programs with market opportunities. This is done through international sales and marketing , among other things . In addition, the label would like to give them an individual musical home. ARS Produktion stands for high recording quality in its productions . Responsible for this is the sound engineer and manager Manfred Schumacher. Special emphasis is placed on the tonal requirements of the respective works, musical epochs and instruments and the latest technology is used for this.

Recordings by ARS Produktion have been awarded the ECHO Klassik , the International Classical Music Awards , as well as the Excellentia Award and the Supersonic Award from the specialist magazine pizzicato several times .
