International Classical Music Awards

The International Classical Music Awards (ICMA) are music prizes that were first presented on April 6, 2011.

history

The ICMA replace the Cannes Classical Awards (later Midem Classical Award ), which were previously presented at MIDEM .

The jury consists of music critics from the magazines Andante ( Turkey ), Crescendo ( Belgium ), Fono Forum ( Germany ), Gramofon ( Hungary ), Kultura , Musica ( Italy ), Musik & Theater ( Switzerland ), Musykalnaja Shisn ( Russia ), Opera ( Great Britain ), Pizzicato ( Luxembourg ), Rondo Classic ( Finland ) and Scherzo (Spain), as well as from the radio stations MDR Kultur (Germany), Orpheus Radio 99.2FM (Russia), Radio 100.7 (Luxembourg), Internationales Musik und Medien Zentrum (IMZ), website Resmusica.com (France) and Radio Classic (Finland).
