A Million Voices is a song by the Russian singer Polina Gagarina . It represented Russia at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest , where it came second behind Sweden .

On March 11, 2015, Russian television announced that the singer Polina Gagarina would represent Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna . On March 15, 2015, the song A Million Voices , with which she entered the competition, was leaked . On July 16, a Russian version of the song was released.
The song was composed by Gabriel Alares, Joakim Björnberg, Katrina Noorbergen, Leonid Gutkin and Wladimir Matezki and was officially released on April 7, 2015.
Music video
The official music video for A Million Voices was presented on March 15, 2015 and uploaded to the YouTube channel of the Eurovision Song Contest . To date (March 2017) it has more than 18 million views, making it the most watched music video of the 2015 competition. In the video, 25 people of different ages and nationalities sing together with the singer. Directed by Alexey Golubev.
At the Eurovision Song Contest
Russia entered the first semifinals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, which took place on May 19, 2015, with starting number 12 and won it with 182 points, ahead of Belgium (149 points) and Estonia (105 points). So Gagarina qualified for the final on May 23rd. There she had the starting number 25 and was second with 303 points behind Måns Zelmerlöw ( Heroes ) from Sweden and in front of the group Il Volo ( Grande amore ) from Italy . Russia got 12 points, the highest number of points in the Eurovision Song Contest, from Armenia , Azerbaijan , Germany , Estonia and Belarus . The second place was Russia's best position since Dima Bilan's victory in 2008 .
