Abdülkadir Köroğlu (* 1983 or 1984 ) is a Turkish middleweight amateur boxer .

Among other things, he was Turkish welterweight champion in 2009 and 2012 and Turkish middleweight champion in 2013 and 2014. In 2004 he won a bronze medal in the light welterweight division at the Championships of the European Union (EU) in Madrid and in 2008 also a bronze medal in the welterweight division at the European Championships in Liverpool . However, he failed in the European Olympic qualification in Athens in 2008 on Croatian Boris Katalinić.

In 2011, he took 3rd place at the Chemical Cup in Halle (Saale) and 5th place at the 2011 European Championships in Ankara . At the European Olympic qualification in 2012 in Trabzon he reached the semi-finals against Danilo Creati, Italy, Magomed Nurutdinow, Belarus and Balázs Bácskai , Hungary, where he lost to Patrick Wojcicki , Germany, and was therefore unable to qualify.

In addition, Köroğlu was quarter-finalist of the University World Championships in 2006 and 2008. At the international tournament "Ahmet Cömert" he won the silver medal in 2005, 2007 and 2009, after he was only defeated in the finals against Bülent Ulusoy , Adem Kılıççı and Önder Şipal .
