Abdil Ceylan
Abdil Ceylan (born April 30, 1983 in Çifteler , Eskişehir Province ) is a Turkish long-distance runner .
Life
In 2004 he finished third in the 15 km run of the Istanbul Marathon . In 2005 he was sixth in the Tarsus half marathon and came in 13th place in the half marathon of the Universiade in Izmir . The following year he repeated his sixth place in Tarsus and became national champion over 5000 m .
In 2007 he was third in the Trabzon half marathon and eleventh in the Düsseldorf marathon . At the Istanbul Marathon, he finished 20th overall and became the Turkish marathon champion.
In the marathon of the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, he came in 71st.
