Adam Friedman (born 1981 or 1982 in Gahanna , Ohio ) is a professional American poker player . He is three-time bracelet winner of the World Series of Poker .

Poker career

Career

Friedman has been participating in renowned live tournaments since 2005 .

Friedman was successful for the first time in July 2005 at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and finished 43rd in the Main Event, endowed with around 235,000 US dollars . In late April 2006 he won the Main Event of the Midwest Regional Poker Championships in Elizabeth and received a prize of just under $ 150,000. Friedman repeated this success in February 2008 and March 2009, which secured him prize money of almost $ 200,000. At the 2011 WSOP , he finished third in a mixed- variant H.ORSE tournament for more than $ 120,000. The following year Friedmann won an event at the 2012 WSOP played in Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better and secured a bracelet in addition to the prize money of around $ 270,000 . In early March 2014 he reached the final table at the main event of the World Poker Tour in Los Angeles and finished sixth, which was paid for around $ 200,000. At the 2016 WSOP , Friedman sat at two final tables that earned him over $ 200,000 in prize money. In June 2018, he won the Dealers Choice Championship at the 2018 WSOP and secured his second bracelet and the grand prize of almost $ 300,000. The following year Friedman prevailed again at this event and received more than $ 310,000 in prize money and another bracelet. In early August 2019, he won the Main Event of the Mid-States Poker Tour in Cleveland with a prize of over $ 120,000.

In total, Friedman has made more than three million dollars playing poker in live tournaments.
