Adam Haus (born April 8, 1836 in Aschaffenburg , † March 17, 1895 in Wörth ) was a German Roman Catholic clergyman and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Haus attended elementary school, Latin school, grammar school and lyceum in Aschaffenburg. He then studied for three years at the University of Würzburg . From 1859 he was first assistant priest in Kleinwallstadt , Hörstein , Hammelburg and Würzburg . In 1871 he became pastor in Wörth a. M.

In a replacement election on November 30, 1886, Haus was elected to the Reichstag as a member of the Lower Franconia constituency (Aschaffenburg, Alzenau , Obernburg , Miltenberg ). There he belonged to the faction of the Center Party . From 1881 he was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies . Both mandates ended with his death.
