Adriano Imfeld

Adriano Imfeld (born December 4, 1954 in Basel ) is a Swiss entrepreneur and politician ( CVP ).

Life

In 1981 he obtained his degree in auditing and fiduciary services from the University of St. Gallen . In 1984 he obtained his diploma as an auditor . Today he is the owner and the only member of the board of directors of Imfeld Treuhand- und Revisions AG in Sarnen , which he also leads as a managing auditor and consultant. He is also a member of the board of directors of various companies throughout Switzerland.

Imfeld has a child.

  • 1986–1990: Municipal councilor and CFO of Sarnen
  • 1988–1996: Treasurer of the Obwalden House Owners Association
  • 1990–1996: Secretary of the Free Industry Association Obwalden
  • 1989–1994: Vice-President of the cantonal tax reimbursement committee

Imfeld belonged from 1994 to 2002 the Cantonal Council of Obwalden , which he presided in the 2001/02 term. In 2001 he replaced the resigned Adalbert Durrer in the National Council and was confirmed in the 2003 elections. In the parliamentary elections in 2007 , he no longer ran.
