Vegetative characteristics

Agave missionum grows with individual rosettes . Their dark green or very slightly grayish, rather glossy, broadly lanceolate leaves are concave and gradually pointed. The leaf blade is 250 to 275 inches long and 20 inches wide. The leaf margin is almost straight. There are 3 to 5 millimeters long, brown to almost black marginal teeth on it, which are usually 10 to 15 millimeters apart. The straight, slightly curved or curved in one direction or another, the marginal teeth are conspicuously triangular. Small marginal teeth often arise from confluent, lens-shaped bases. The brown or gray in old age, something shiny, smooth Enddorn is triangular-subulate, straight or slightly bent slightly. It is grooved to about the middle or sometimes has inwardly curved edges. The end pin is 15 to 25 millimeters long and descending.

The flowers are 55 millimeters long. Their tepals are yellow. The tips are 15 to 20 millimeters long. The flower tube has a length of about 7 millimeters. The elongated spindle-shaped ovary is 30 millimeters long.
