Victor Agbanou (born December 23, 1945 in Lokossa , Benin ) is a Beninese clergyman and bishop of Lokossa .

Life

Victor Agbanou received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Lokossa on August 10, 1974 .

On July 5, 2000, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Lokossa. The Prefect Emeritus of the Congregation for Bishops , Cardinal Bernardin Gantin , donated him episcopal ordination on November 4th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Nice , Jean Bonfils SMA , and the Bishop of Djougou , Paul Kouassivi Vieira .
