Ahmet Üstüntaş (born January 27, 1990 ) is a Turkish biathlete .

Ahmet Üstüntaş made his international debut in 2008 in Obertilliach in the IBU Cup and was 124 in his first individual. In 2010 in Nové Město na Moravě he achieved a double-digit position for the first time in an individual as 52nd. Later that year he took part in the 2010 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Torsby and was 54th of the individual, missed the pursuit race as 65th of the sprint by five places and came in 18th place with the relay. This was followed by the 2010 European Junior Biathlon Championships in Otepää . Üstüntaş came 56th in the singles, in the sprint he was 52nd and in the pursuit he finished 49th. In the Turkish mixed relay he was 13th. In Kontiolahti he then made his debut in the Biathlon World Cup and was like only a little later at Holmenkollen in Oslo 109th in sprint races. The 2010/11 season brought in Bansko with a 34th and a 36th place first points wins. In Khanty-Mansiysk , Üstüntaş and Recep Efe were the first Turks to take part in the biathlon world championships. With 100th place he also achieved his best World Cup result, in the sprint he finished 108th.
