Recep Efe (born April 1, 1990 ) is a Turkish biathlete .

Recep Efe took his first international steps as a cross-country skier . In Yabuli he took part in the 2009 Winter Universiade , where he was 85th in the 10-kilometer freestyle, 78th in the sprint and 75th in the pursuit. The following winter he started in Ridnaun for the first time in biathlon and was 122nd in the IBU Cup individual. His best result so far in the racing series was 52nd in a sprint in 2011 in Bansko . In Torsby , Efe participated in the 2010 Junior Biathlon World Championshipsin which the Turk was 77th in the individual, 80th in the sprint and 18th in the relay. This was followed by the 2010 European Biathlon Championships for Juniors in Otepää , where Efe was 54th in individual and sprint, and 51st in the pursuit. The previous highlight of his career was the 2011 biathlon world championships in Khanty-Mansiysk , where he and Ahmet Üstüntaş were the first ever to represent Turkey at the world biathlon championships . He finished 123rd in the sprint and 120th in the individual.
