The Aksu Çayı is a left tributary of the Ceyhan in the Turkish province of Kahramanmaraş .

The Aksu Çayı rises near the town of Küçükcerit Köyü on Engizek Dağı . It initially flows in a south-easterly direction, later to the south and south-west. The Aksu Çayı is dammed by the Kartalkaya dam near the district town of Pazarcık . Downstream is the small town of Narlı . The Aksu Çayı flows in an arc to the west and later to the north. South of the provincial capital Kahramanmaraş , it turns west and flows into the Ceyhan, which was dammed up by the Sır Dam . The Aksu Çayı has a length of 150 km.
