Albert Hupperts
Albert Hupperts (born September 23, 1911 in Verviers , † January 7, 1974 in Tokyo ) was a Belgian diplomat .
Life
Albert Hupperts was the son of Isabelle Michel and Ernest Hupperts. He married Claude Françoise Verlomme, their children were Isabelle, Fréderic and Pierre-Yves Hupperts. In 1945 Albert Huppert was the Belgian consul in Lille .
In March 1956 he drafted the Spaak report on the Roman treaties with Paul-Henri Spaak , Giulio Guazzugli, Pierre Uri and Hans von der Groeben .
