Albert Kapferer

Albert Franz Wilhelm Karl Maria Kapferer (born January 18, 1868 in Karlsruhe , † January 10, 1918 ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Albert Kapferer was the son of a lieutenant colonel. In 1886 he obtained his Abitur at the high school in Karlsruhe. From 1886 to 1890 he studied law and the universities of Freiburg , Berlin and Heidelberg . In 1887 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Freiburg . In 1890 he refused the first and in 1894 the second legal service examination. In mid-1894 he got a temporary position at the secretariat of the Baden Ministry of the Interior in Karlsruhe. At the end of 1894 he became an assistant at the Mannheim District Office, in 1896 at the Konstanz District Office and in 1897 at the Pforzheim District Office. In 1898 he was appointed bailiff there. In 1902, he came as a bailiff and the second officer to district office Freiburg . From 1904 until his death in 1918 he was the head of the Säckingen district office .
