Alejandro Alfaro Ligero (born November 23, 1986 in La Palma del Condado , Huelva province ) is a Spanish football player . The 1.73 m tall Alfaro plays in the right midfield or sometimes as a right winger .
Career
Born from the youth of Sevilla FC, Alfaro has been one of the key players in Sevilla Atlético since 2005, the second team to have played in the Segunda División since 2005 with his help .
On January 28, 2007, Alfaro scored his first goal in the league in a 4-2 draw against UD Levante and was represented in four UEFA Cup games that same year. In 2008/09 he went on loan to CD Tenerife ; During this time he was jointly responsible for the return of the club from the Canary Islands to the first division after seven years of absence.
After completing the preparation period in Seville in 2009, Alfaro was loaned out to Tenerife again for a season. Together with striker Nino , he was again the most important attack formation in the team.
Returning to Seville for the 2010/11 season, Alfaro initially benefited from the injury-related absence of Jesús Navas and scored the decisive goal in a 2-1 win against Málaga CF on September 19, 2010 . On November 4, he met twice in a 4-0 home win against Karpaty Lviv in the Europa League ; the following week he hit the target twice, as a substitute in the 2-0 win against Valencia CF and in the 6-1 win against Real Unión Irun in the Copa del Rey .
