Alessandra Aguilar (born July 1, 1978 in Lugo ) is a Spanish long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon .

Originally a track and cross-country runner , she switched to road running in 2007 and achieved times of 32:26 min over 10 km (on May 20, 2007 at the Great Manchester Run ) and 1:11:33 h in the half marathon (on February 3, 2008 in Granollers ).

In 2008, when she started her first marathon, she finished third in the Rotterdam Marathon in 2:29:03 h and thus qualified for the marathon of the Olympic Games in Beijing , where she finished 54th.

In 2009 she won the Hamburg Marathon in 2:29:01 h.
