Carl Eduard Mannsfeld (born December 18, 1822 in Burkhardtsgrün , † November 21, 1874 in Schwarzenberg ) was a German lawyer and conservative politician . He was a member of the Saxon state parliament .

Live and act

The son of a forester studied 1842 to 1845 at the University of Leipzig the law . From autumn 1845 he worked as an accessist in the Schwarzenberg district office . From May to October 1846 he acquired practical knowledge in the expedition of the Schwarzenberg lawyer and court director Hermann Moritz Garten and was able to take his second state examination in May 1848. This was followed by brief activities in the Schwarzenberg, Werdau and Zwickau justice offices . During the Landtag mandate for the garden, Mannsfeld worked for the latter between November 1849 and March 1850 as a recorder and court actuary and was hired by him in April 1850 as a lawyer. He settled in Schwarzenberg and was a member of the Zwickau Bar Association. From 1869 until his death, Mannsfeld represented the 20th urban constituency in the second chamber of the Saxon state parliament . He belonged to the conservative faction.
