Alex Haydock-Wilson (born July 28, 1999 ) is a British sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .

Athletic career

Alex Haydock-Wilson gained his first international experience in 2018 when he won the bronze medal at the U20 World Championships in Tampere with the British 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 05.64 min. The following year he retired at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow with 47.88 s in the first round over 400 meters and finished fifth with the relay in 3: 08.48 min. He then retired at the World Relays in Yokohama with the mixed relay with 3: 20.49 minutes in advance and won the silver medal behind Germany at the U23 European Championships in Gävle in 3: 04.59 minutes with the men's relay .
