Alexander Jurjewitsch Baschenow
Alexander Jurjewitsch Baschenow ( Russian Александр Юрьевич Баженов; born April 26, 1981 in Komsomolsk am Amur , Russian Soviet Republic , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian cyclist .
In 2003, Alexander Baschenow won the two Italian one-day races Trofeo Banca Popolare and Giro del Belvedere . He later won the road race of the Russian championship and a stage, as well as the overall ranking of the Triptyque des Barrages . In 2004 he became a professional at Domina Vacanze . After an unsuccessful year, he moved to Naturino-Sapore di Mare , where he stayed for two years. In 2007 Baschenow drove for the Continental Team Cinelli-Endeka-OPD .
