Alfred Enoch , also Alfie Enoch , (born December 2, 1988 in London , England ) is a British actor .

Life

Alfred Enoch was born in December 1988 to the British actor William Russell (* 1924) and the Brazilian doctor Balbina Gutierrez. He is fluent in Portuguese through his mother . He first attended Westminster School and then graduated from Queen's College , Oxford with degrees in Portuguese and Spanish.

He played his first role as Dean Thomas in the film adaptations of the Harry Potter novels. After the first part , Enoch was still seen as Dean in the five following episodes and in the last part . From September 2014 to February 2017 he was seen in the role of Wes Gibbins on the ABC television series How to Get Away with Murder .

In 2018, Enoch starred with Alfred Molina in the award-winning two-man play Red (by John Logan) at Wyndham's Theater in London's West End .
