Alfred Maria Oburu Asue

Alfred Maria Oburu Asue CMF (born April 13, 1947 in Evinayong , Equatorial Guinea , † August 27, 2006 ) was the Roman Catholic Bishop of Ebebiyin .

Life

Alfred Maria Oburu Asue joined the order of the Claretians and was ordained a priest on March 22, 1981 .

On March 8, 2003 he was appointed Bishop of Ebebiyin by Pope John Paul II . The Apostolic Nuncio in Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea , Félix del Blanco Prieto , donated him episcopal ordination on May 11 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Ildefonso Obama Obono , Archbishop of Malabo and Basile Mvé Engone SDB , Archbishop of Libreville .

He died on August 27, 2006 at the age of 59.
