Alfredo Noriega Arce

Alfredo Noriega Arce SJ (born September 7, 1922 in Arequipa , Peru ; † June 26, 1993 ) was auxiliary bishop in Lima .

Life

Alfredo Noriega Arce joined the Congregation of the Jesuits in and received on 6 October 1952, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On April 26, 1980 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Mutia and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Lima. The Archbishop of Lima, Juan Cardinal Landázuri Ricketts, OFM , donated him episcopal ordination on June 1 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Callao , Ricardo Durand Flórez SJ, and the Archbishop of Trujillo , Manuel Prado Pérez-Rosas SJ.
