The Algama ( Russian Алгама , also Algoma , Алгома ) is a right tributary of the Gonam in the southeast of the Sakha Republic in eastern Siberia .

The Algama rises on the northern slope of the Stanowoy Mountains . From there it first flows in an easterly direction, but then turns to the northeast. It winds its way through the Aldan highlands . The Algama finally flows into the Gonam, 3.5 km before its mouth into the Uchur . The last kilometers before its mouth, the Algama forms the border with the Khabarovsk region . The Algama has a length of 426 km. Its catchment area covers 21,500 km². Its largest tributary is the Idjum , which flows into the Algama from the right at river kilometer 47.
