Alžbeta Bačíková , née Pavlendová , (born February 6, 1990 ) is a Slovak cyclist.
Athletic career
Alžbeta Pavlendová began her cycling career in cross-country races . In 2009 she was the first Slovak road racing champion . By 2017 she had won a total of eight titles in road races and individual time trials .
Pavlendová has also been increasingly active on the railway since 2012 . At the UEC European Rail Championships in 2012 she was eighth in the Omnium and eighth in the scratch at the 2013 UCI Rail World Championships . In both 2014 and 2015 she became a three-time national champion in points , scratch and omnium. In 2015 she was fifth in the scratch at both the World Cup and EM . At the UEC European Rail Championships in 2017 , she finished ninth in the scratch , now under her married name Bačíková .
