Lenka Ilavská (born May 5, 1972 in Liptovský Mikuláš ) is a former Slovak cyclist .

Lenka Ilavská was one of the strongest cyclists in Slovakia in the 1990s. In 1992 she won the first edition of the Basque stage race Emakumeen Bira . 1993 was her most successful year, in which she won both the Giro d'Italia Femminile and the Thuringia Tour . In 1996 she took second place at the Eukumannen Bira .

In 1996 , Lenka Ilavská took part in the Olympic Games in Atlanta in road races, individual time trials and mountain bike races, but could not come in first. In the course of her career she competed in seven road world championships. She also took part in duathlon and triathlon competitions.

In 2002 Ilavská competed in her last race. Today (2017) she works as a trainer.
