Amélie Cocheteux (born March 27, 1978 in Amiens ) is a former French tennis player .

Career

In 1995 Coucheteux won the junior title of the French Open . In her career she was able to win four individual titles at ITF tournaments. In 1999 she reached the final of the WTA tournament in Warsaw in doubles . The following year, she made it to the quarter-finals at the French Open and Wimbledon alongside Nathalie Dechy .

In 2001, at the age of just 23, Amélie Cocheteux retired from professional tennis.
