District court Altdorf

The Altdorf District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1956 and was based in the city of Altdorf near Nuremberg . It continued to exist as a branch of the Nuremberg District Court until 1973 .

history

In 1808 during the administrative reorganization of Bavaria , the district court Altdorf erected. On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was set up in Altdorf, the district of which was formed from the district of the Altdorf Regional Court, which was repealed at the same time . Since 1956, the Altdorf District Court was a branch of the Nuremberg District Court . With the entry into force of the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) on July 1, 1973, the Altdorf District Court was finally repealed.
