history

In 1812, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Windsheim district court was established. On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was set up in Windsheim, the district of which was formed from the district of the Windsheim Regional Court, which was repealed at the same time . When the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Bad Windsheim district court was repealed and assigned to the Neustadt an der Aisch district court .
