District court Kipfenberg

The district court of Kipfenberg was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1949 and was based in Kipfenberg .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court of Kipfenberg was established, the district of which was congruent with that of the previous district court of Kipfenberg and consequently the municipalities of Arnsberg , Attenzell , Badanhausen , Biberg , Bitz , Böhmfeld , Böhming , Buch , Denkendorf , Dörndorf , Dunsdorf , sink ring , Erlingshofen , Gelbelsee , Grösdorf , Gungolding , Haunstetten , Hirnstetten , Hitzhofen , Hofstetten , Irfersdorf , Irlahüll , Kinding , Kipfenberg, Lippertshofen , Oberemmendorf , upper cell , Pfahldorf , Pfalzpaint , Rapperzell , Rieshofen , Schelldorf , Schonbrunn , Unteremmendorf , Walting and Zandt included. The next higher instance was the Eichstätt Regional Court until October 1, 1944 , and then the Nuremberg-Fürth Regional Court .

After the Kipfenberg District Court was declared a mere court day court on November 1, 1944 due to the war and then a branch of the Hilpoltstein District Court on November 3, 1945 , the Kipfenberg Court was completely closed on July 1, 1949 and its district was assigned to the Eichstätt District Court .
