District court Beilngries

The district court of Beilngries was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Beilngries .

history

1806 during the administrative reorganization of Bavaria , the district court Beilngries built. This came to the Altmühlkreis founded in 1808 . When it was dissolved in 1810, it was assigned to the Upper Danube District, 1817 to the Rain District and 1838 to Middle Franconia . On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was set up in Beilngries, the district of which was formed from the district of the Beilngries regional court, which was repealed at the same time . It therefore consisted of the communities Altmannsberg , Amtmannsdorf , Aschbuch , Bachhausen , Beilngries, Berching , Biberbach , Burggriesbach , Eglofsdorf , Erasbach , Ernersdorf , Forchheim , Fribertshofen , Grampersdorf , Großalfalterbach , Großberghausen , Hermannsberg , Hirschberg , Höfen , Holnstein , Ittelhofen , Kevenhüll , Kevenhüll Kottingwörth , Lauterbach , Litterzhofen , Oberdorf , Oening , Ottmaring , Paulushofen , Plankstetten , Pollanten , Raitenbuch , Rudertshofen , Schnufenhofen , Sollngriesbach , Staufer book , Taurus tree , Sulzkirchen , Thann , Töging , bird valley , Wallnsdorf , Walter Berg , Wattenberg , Weidenwang , Wiesenhofen , Winterzhofen and Wissing . On April 1, 1926, the communities Schnufenhofen and Wissing were assigned to the district court of Parsberg and on January 1, 1927 the community of Großalfalterbach was assigned to the district court of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate .

With effect from October 1, 1944, the Beilngries district court, which had previously belonged to the Eichstätt district court , was transferred to the Nuremberg-Fürth district court .

When the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the district court of Beilngries was repealed and its district was divided as follows:
