Eichstätt District Court
The Eichstätt District Court was a district court in Eichstätt in Bavaria , which existed from 1879 to 1973, and which emerged from an older Bavarian district court .
history
Under the name of the Eichstätt Regional Court, there was an older Bavarian regional court from 1806 to 1879 , which was housed in the former residence . When a court organization was introduced in Bavaria in accordance with the Courts Constitution Act in 1879 , the old regional court was replaced by a district court . A superordinate regional court emerged from the Eichstätt district court founded in 1858/9 . In 1944 the district court in Eichstätt was dissolved and the district court district Eichstätt was transferred to the district court district Nürnberg-Fürth . The Eichstätt District Court was dissolved on July 1, 1973 and its tasks were assigned to the Ingolstadt District Court .
