The Parsberg District Court was a district court in Parsberg in Bavaria that existed from 1879 to 1973 .

history

Parsberg was the seat of a direct imperial rule with its own court until it was incorporated into the Electorate of Bavaria during the mediatization in 1803. The district court of Parsberg was the predecessor of the local court . As the initial instance of the lower jurisdiction, the existing Bavarian regional courts were renamed uniformly in 1879 by the Courts Constitution Act in the district court . With effect from January 1, 1970, the Hemau District Court was repealed and its district was assigned to the Parsberg District Court. The Parsberg District Court was integrated into the Neumarkt District Court in Upper Palatinate and dissolved on July 1, 1973 .

Courthouse

The seat of the Parsberg regional court and later district court was Parsberg Castle , which was significantly rebuilt from 1907 to 1909.
