District court Hemau

The District Court of Hemau was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1970 and was based in Hemau .

On October 1, 1879, on the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in Bavaria, a district court in Hemau was established, the district of which, with the exception of five municipalities assigned to the district court Stadtamhof , was congruent with the district of the previous district court Hemau and consequently the localities of Aichkirchen , Beilnstein , Beratzhausen , Bergstetten , Berletzhof , Breitenbrunn , Brunn , Buch , Deuerling , Dürn , Endorf , Erggertshofen , Großetzenberg , Haag , Hemau, Herrnried , Hohenschambach , Kemnathen , Klingen , Kollersried , Laaber , Langenkreith , Langenthonhausen , Laufenthal , Mausheim , Neukirchen , Neulohe , Painten , Pellndorf , Pfraundorf , Rechberg , Rothenbügl , Schwarzenthonhausen and Thonlohe included. The superordinate instances were the Regional Court of Regensburg and the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg . With effect from January 1, 1970, the Hemau District Court was repealed and its district added to the Parsberg District Court .
