Roding District Court

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Roding District Court was a district court in Roding in Bavaria that existed from 1879 to 1973 .

history

In 1838/39 the District Court of Roding, which had emerged from the former Wetterfeld nursing office, was split off from the District Court of Nittenau.

With effect from July 1, 1862, the Roding district office was set up as a pure administrative authority; the previously existing interdependence of the administration of justice and administration in the lower administrative area was lifted. As the initial instance of the lower jurisdiction, the existing regional courts were renamed uniformly in 1879 by the Courts Constitution Act in the district court . The district court in Falkenstein was assigned to the court in Roding. The District Court Nittenau was from 1956 a branch of the District Court Roding. The Roding District Court was integrated into the Cham District Court on July 1, 1973 and dissolved.
