The District Court of Riedenburg was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Riedenburg .

history

Riedenburg is an old court place. Forerunner of the district court was the district court of Riedenburg , a Bavarian district court of older order that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Riedenburg in today's Kelheim district .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Judicial Constitution Act of the German Empire on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Riedenburg. It comprised the same district as the Riedenburg Regional Court, which was repealed at the same time, and consisted of the communities Altmannstein , Altmühlmünster , Baiersdorf , Berghausen , Bettbrunn , Breitenhill , Buch , Deising , Dietfurt , Echendorf , Eggersberg , Eutenhofen , Forchheim , Gimpertshausen , Griesstetten , Hagenhill , Hainsberg , Hattenhausen , Hexenagger , Hiendorf , hut Hausen , Jachenhausen , Laimerstadt , Lobsing , Mallerstetten , Meihern , Mendorf , Mindelstetten , millstream , New Hinz Hausen , Offendorf , Otterzhofen , Perletzhofen , Pondorf , Predlfing , Premerzhofen , Prunn , Riedenburg, Sander village , Schafshill , Schaitdorf , Schamhaupten , Schwab Stetten , Sollern , Staadorf , Steinsdorf , Tettenwang , Thann , Unterbürg , Wildenstein , Winden , Wolfsbuch and Zell . The next higher instances were the Regional Court of Regensburg and the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg . With the entry into force of the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) on July 1, 1973, the District Court of Riedenburg was repealed and its district was divided as follows:

  • The communities of Altmannstein, Berghausen, Bettbrunn, Forchheim, Hagenhill, Hexenagger, Hiendorf, Hüttenhausen, Laimerstadt, Lobsing, Mendorf, Mindelstetten, Neuenhinzenhausen, Pondorf, Sandersdorf, Schafshill, Schamhaupten, Steinsdorf, Tettenwang, Winden and Wolfsbuch now belong to the district of Eichstätt District Court Ingolstadt ;
  • the to Kelheim counting municipalities Baiersdorf, Hattenhausen, Book, Eggerberg, Jachenhausen, Meihern, Otterzhofen, Perletzhofen, Prunn, Riedenburg, Schaitdorf and Thann the Amtsgericht Kelheim and
  • the the district Neumarkt in the Oberpfalz belonging communities Unterdietfurt Altmuhl, Eutenhofen, Gimpertshausen, Griesstetten, Hainberg, Mallerstetten, Mühlbach, Premerzhofen, Staasdorf, Unterbürg, Wild stone cell and the District Court Neumarkt in the Oberpfalz allocated.
