history
The Kirchdorf Rudertshofen was first mentioned in a document in 1305.
On July 1, 1972, Rudertshofen was incorporated together with Hagenhofen , Jettingsdorf and Wirbertshofen .
St. Wunibald Church
The church of St. Wunibald is in the center of the village . It is a branch church of the Berching parish in the Neumarkt deanery in the Upper Palatinate . The church dates back to the Middle Ages. Extensions took place in 1696/1697 and extended in 1793. The four-register organ with pedal dates from the 19th century and was restored by Orgelbau Sandtner in 1998 . There are three bells on the bell tower.
