District court Furth im Wald
The District Court of Furth im Wald was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Furth im Wald in Bavaria . The Furth im Wald branch of the Cham District Court (today the Regensburg Regional Court District ), established in 1973 , has since been closed.
history
In 1838 the regional court of Furth im Wald was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . The Cham District Office was formed in 1862 as an administrative authority from the regional courts of the older order Cham and Furth im Wald. The district court remained as a judicial authority and was transformed into the district court of Furth im Wald with the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in 1879. After the regional reform in Bavaria , the district court in Furth im Wald was also dissolved in 1973. The Furth im Wald branch of the Cham district court, established in 1973, was closed after 2005.
