District court Kastl
The Kastl District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1930 and was based in the Upper Palatinate Markt Kastl .
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Kastl, the district of which was congruent with the previous district court district of Kastl and thus the communities of Allersburg , Berg bei Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz , Brunn , Deinschwang , Dietkirchen , Eismannsberg , Engelberg , Gebert Hofen , Häuselstein , Hagenhausen , Haimburg , Hausen , home , Kastl, Laaber , Lauterhofen , Litzlohe , Oberölsbach , Pettenhofen , Oberpfaffenhofen , Pfeffertshofen , Pilsach , Ransbach , Sindlbach , Stöckelsberg , Thonhausen , Traunfeld , Trautmannshofen , Utzenhofen , Winkl and Wolfsfeld included . The higher-ranking courts in the instance were the Amberg Regional Court and the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court .
On January 1, 1895, Hagenhausen and January 1, 1900 Eismannsberg were assigned to the Altdorf District Court .
On November 1, 1930, the Kastl District Court was repealed and the localities from its district
- Allersburg, Brunn, Engelsberg, Gebertshofen, Hausen, Kastl, Lauterhofen, Pfaffenhofen, Ransbach, Thonhausen, Utzenhofen, Winkl and Wolfsfeld the district court Amberg ,
- Berg, Deinschwang, Dietkirchen, Haimburg, Häuselstein, Hausheim, Laaber, Litzlohe, Oberölsbach, Pettenhofen, Pfeffertshofen, Pilsach, Sindlbach, Stöckelsberg, Traunfeld and Trautmannshofen, however, were assigned to the Neumarkt district court in the Upper Palatinate .

The Kastl District Court and its predecessor, the Kastl District Court (from 1825), were established in the Kastl Monastery after secularization .
